Stephanie began her legal career in 1994 with Valerian & Holmberg. While there, Stephanie tried 11 jury trials resulting in 8 cost-eligible victories in which the verdicts were either zero or an amount less than the pre-trial offer. All of the verdicts were less than the amount demanded by plaintiff(s) pre-trial. Stephanie has defended her clients in over 100 Alternative Dispute Resolution proceedings, including arbitration, binding arbitration, and mediation. Stephanie has also defended her clients in court trials and small claims’ appeals. In 1991, Stephanie received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley. In 1994, Stephanie attained her J.D. from UCLA School of Law.

Stephanie Ann Yee has been a Bay Area trial attorney since 1994, covering
a wide range of civil issues, including tort and contract claims, real
property law, landlord/tenant disputes, and earth movement. She
joined Jon York & Associates in February 2000, and has taken three
jury trials to verdict, receiving one defense verdict in which the defense
collected their post-offer costs from plaintiffs, and two verdicts which
were less than the amounts offered to plaintiffs prior to trial.
